The art museum in woods, "KOMU"

　It goes to Nishiokoppe-village through Okoppe-town from Mombetsu-city.
　Nishiokoppe-village is the town of a dairy and a fishing, and is abundant in dairy products, stock raising, and processed marine products in a dairy.

　There are also nationally famous goods, such as "Okoppe milk."
　It is also a wooden town and Nishiokoppe-village which broadcasts CATV in all the houses.
　You can drop in at "the art museum in woods, KOMU", and "the multimedia hall, ATOMU" that accumulated advanced technology which the toy musical of a wooden amusement park or a tree is seen. The inside of the space which was extensive in "KOMU", a musical wooden toy and various sizes of toy trees can be played. Woodwork's experience is also made to a Saturdays-and-Sundays day of the week.

　A "wood car" is completed in about 1 hour. The menu of every other month is also prepared for others. An adult will also be cured by warmth of wooden toy as well as a child.

Multimedia hall "IT dream ATOMU"

　In "ATOMU", various kinds of games, such as an adventure game and "woods of an adventure", and the Internet of multimedia experience can be enjoyed.

　In "an adventure in woods", the fairies in woods, the evil spirit in woods, a big snake, and the moth with poison are eradicated!

　The result of the adventure is graded and a "virtual village-people certificate" is published.

Hot spring hotel "Forest Dream, RIMU"

At the restaurant of the adjoining hot spring hotel "Forest 　Dream (RIM)" (optical Akashi hot spring), the dish using the noted product foods and the venison of a village can taste all the year round. Venison is red and is as healthy as low fat, low calorie content, and low cholesterol.
　Venison is lower-processed firmly and there is no bad smell.

　Please eat a "venison steak" with lemon-soy sauce.

　"Village mayor ramen noodles" is what the village mayor devised, and is hot, and soup with a deep taste is the feature.
　Materials from this village, such as a Shimeji mushroom besides venison, are used.
　A venison party will be held in February every year.
Venison is sold also as canned food.

　There are the sea and a mountain in Mombetsu and a river is also in near. The both are attractive. There is simplicity with which a tourist is not disappointed in Mombetsu.

　Winter of the scene from the Daisen summit in Mombetsu is also brilliant.
　A "drift ice mountain range" and "the sounds of drift ice" have worth of knowledge.
　In this pension, it is crowded with many fishing visitors from the whole country summer.
　The pond smelt fishing by neighboring lake and river of the fishing spot of winter etc. is recommendation. Cold, a snowy field, a wild animal, etc. should feel Nature also in the case of fishing.
