A non-hardened snow zone is also attractive
Tsubetsu skiing area
From the Memanbetsu airport along with 47km of the
NO.240 national highway (through Bihoro course), there is a Tsubetsu skiing
area with a grand panorama view.
It has an altitude of 945m. The view of
Mt. Meakan, Mt. Oakan, and the Kussharo lake represents the beauty of
Hokkaido.
There are six courses available for beginner, middle-class vehicle,
and advanced.
The longest course is about 3km.
The pleasure of skiing can be felt with your whole body in the needle-leaf
tree with which snow and ice shine and glitter.
It is equipped with snow making machine
(ICS) and the snowy condition is maintained stable.
In the non-hardened snow zone, Miyuki and mogul can be fully enjoyed.
